SIGNS OF GIFTEDNESS IN YOUNG CHILDREN

The Center is involved in:
 
•organizing round tables and public appearances to promote talent as a phenomenon and raises awareness within the community of the gifted and their needs (Round table December 12, 2012 along with Human Rights Day on the subject  "Gifted students in the educational system and their rights"
•celebrating the Day of the Gifted and Talented for the first time this year in Croatia (March 21, 2013) with numerous workshops for children and parents, meetings with renowned experts and lectures, presentations of student activities, inclusion

Center for Research and Promotion of Giftedness (CRSN PeF UL) attempts to interconnect the knowledge, experience and ideas of the research and the practice in gifted education.

North - Backa Talent Point

The North-Backa Talent Point gained its outstanding status in 2010. Since 1996, within the scope of the Association of Pedagogues of North-Backa, the Coffman Judit School for Talented Students works with the aim to propagate natural sciences, in particular Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry, in elementary schools. It organizes its lectures at weekends for all those pupils who are interested in those fields of science and are already selected by their teachers and schools.

Bolyai Farkas Foundation for Talents Studying in Hungarian

Bolyai Farkas Foundation is dedicated to identify talents and help them to reach their full potential. The foundation gives assistance to those who continue their studies in Hungarian. 

Association of Hungarian Pedagogues of Vojvodina (AHPV) - Vajdasági Magyar Pedagógusok Egyesülete (VMPE)

 
Association of Hungarian Pedagogues of Vojvodina  was established in 1993 to encourage the Hungarian-language education and development.

Latsio Elementary School of Psychico College

It is a private elementary school donated by the Ioannis Latsis family. Since the academic year of 1995-1996, the Latsio  Elementary School has moved from  Psychico to Kantza area and its new building and acquired its current name.
 
 Since four years, the school has designed and implemented an effective enrichment program on math for gifted/talented students. The group of teachers that run the program along with the School chair and the program coordinator support it with commitment and strong motivation.

Hellenic Society for the Educational provision for the Creative/Gifted/Talented Children and Adolescents

It is a non-profit organization, active since 2005. Its activities have been focused on designing of research projects on gifted and talented in primary and secondary education, teachers’ training, parents’ sensitization, designing and implementation of specialized educational programs, creating  specialized educational material, and offering psychological support of the gifted/talented individuals and their family members, within family, school system and social context.

Prof. Dr. Necate Baykoç Gifted and Talented Institute and Center

In the center, self-development coaching studies are carried out by Prof. Dr. Necate BAYKOÇ for the normally developed, gifted and talented, genius babies, children, adolescents. Moreover, group studies with gifted and talented children are carried out upon individual interviews.
