Launch of the Global Talent Competitiveness Index

The knowledge-based digital economy drives the need for businesses and nations to turn towards human capital and talent. To answer this issue INSEAD has conducted a research to understand better the national and international human capital and talent management practices.

The Global Talent Competitiveness Index (GTCI) is a study that focuses on the different aspects of talent management in around 100 countries. Using available data, country rankings and research pieces by key stakeholders, it is a useful model to provide better understanding on the issue. The study is a product of cooperation between sponsors, knowledge partners from government, academia and industry, and for the GTCI, INSEAD joined forces with the Human Capital Leadership Institute and Adecco.

At the launching the results of the report were introduced, furthermore discussions were created on talent between partners from different sectors.
