The "Just like Mozart" has been running since 2006. The author of the program is to Lidia Pasich - teacher consultant, tutor prof. Teresa Giza (Holly Cross University). It has a local character. The target of the project are school teachers at various levels, directors and employees of educational institutions.
The program is the theoretical basis for structural and interactive concepts abilities, mainly Joseph Renzulli. The main objective of the program is to support the professional development of teachers by developing their own abilities and are prepared to recognize and develop the ability of students. In terms of transfer of acquired knowledge and skills and their creative use for your own development and careers. The indicator for the objective are actions that teachers take in practice.
The program consists of four modules: "Zeus" - emphasizes the outstanding ability: intellectual, in terms of school subjects and leadership, "Odysseus" - focuses on: the ability of creative thinking (fluency, flexibility, originality of thought, openness to new and unfamiliar , sensitivity to problems), "Icarus" focuses on: commitment to the task (cognitive hubristic motivation, adequate self-esteem), "Daedalus" is the result of previous modules and the final result is an open mind and flexibility, increasing self-awareness and build up gradually maturity.
Implementation of the program is to: participation of teachers in training, "Just like Mozart" (each module consists of 8 hours., That it lasts 32 hours.), Then the teacher selects and executes the module certificate "School of Beautiful Minds". They last a school year. If you participate in the training of teachers and 20% of its activities will cover 20% of the students, the school receives a certificate and the title of "School of Arts Minds" if you will attend fewer teachers, their classes will receive certificates and titles "Class Beautiful Minds".
