Comenius and Grundtvig Training Database – courses about talent support

The Directorate General for Education and Culture of the European Commission with the collaboration of the National Agencies of the Lifelong Learning Programme maintains the Comenius and Grundtvig Training Database, which contains information about in-service training courses, seminars and conferences offered in Europe for teachers, teacher trainers and non-teaching staff involved in school education (from pre-primary up to upper secondary) or adult education.

Erika Landau (1931-2013)

Erika Landau, world-famous creativity expert and researcher, psychotherapist, a great person and a most significant personality, has left us. Let’s highlight in this appraisal her activity as founder and, for decades, leader of the Young Persons’ Institute for the Promotion Creativity and Excellence, an institution that has been exemplary to this day due to its complex approach and operation, that was probably the most influential part of her work.

A group of ordinary European citizens who have joined together (MEET) to take advantage of an important new initiative set up by the Lisbon Treaty – the Citizens’ Initiative. The European Citizens’ Initiative (ECI) provides a unique opportunity to enable citizens, for the first time, to request action on a specific issue in the form of a petition to the Commission.

Operation of the European Talent Centre - Budapest is realised with the support of Grant Scheme No. NTP-EUT-M-12 (between 15th December 2012 and 30th June 2013) and NTP-EU-M-13 (between 31th October 2013 and 30th June 2014) and announced by the Institute for Educational Research and Development and the Human Resources Support Manager on commission of the Ministry of Human Resources “To support international experience exchange serving the objectives of the National Talent Programme, and to promote the operation and strategic further development of the European Talent Centre - Budapest”.
