Macedonian Association for Gifted and talented (MANT) Bitola

Annual Work Program of the Macedonian Association for Gifted and Talented is an integral system of individual and institutional activities aimed at promoting the issues of talents in R. Macedonia. The general orientation of the program is aimed at achieving the following objectives:

  • significantly to improve the treatment of the gifted and talented in RM
  • to improve the existing institutional practice and climate in which they are found
  • to improve the individual efficiency  in the work with the gifted nad talented
  • to create better and more efficient  organizational conclusions when dealing with the gifted and talented;
  • to implement efficient strategies of teaching the gifted and talented
  • to prevent from failure of the gifted and talented children
  • self- involving intern reorganization for reaching better efficiency
  • to improve the quality of the staff issues when choosing a teacher for working with the gifted and talented
  • to improve the quality of the system for better recognition and identification of the gifted and talented
  • to affirm the need for teamwork in the treatment of gifted and talented
  • to create efficient work strategies for work and support of the gifted and talented
  • to implement the institutionalized programs for work with the gifted and talented
  • Running (Mant) in Balkan, European and worldwide network of associations in the field of talents

Goals and objectives (Mant) will be pursued in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Science-MON Bureau for Development of Education-BDE as well as other relevant institutions, organizations and authorities are treating this problem.

Operation of the European Talent Centre - Budapest is realised with the support of Grant Scheme No. NTP-EUT-M-12 (between 15th December 2012 and 30th June 2013) and NTP-EU-M-13 (between 31th October 2013 and 30th June 2014) and announced by the Institute for Educational Research and Development and the Human Resources Support Manager on commission of the Ministry of Human Resources “To support international experience exchange serving the objectives of the National Talent Programme, and to promote the operation and strategic further development of the European Talent Centre - Budapest”.
